RETURNS & REFUNDS

 

We will happily offer an exchange or refund within 30 days of initial purchase, provided that items are returned to us directly in perfect condition, unused and in the original packaging. For hygiene reasons, LookLit LED masks that have been opened cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.

PLEASE NOTE: you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Steps to return

  1. Email us

If you would like to request a return or exchange for items purchased at swearbyskin.com, please contact us at hello@swearbyskin.com. Our team will be happy to assist you. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  

  1. Complete the returns form

Download our returns form here and include it in your package. Please note, if the returns form is not included in your return, we are unable to process your refund. 

  1. Pack your return

Please include the returns form and make sure the item(s) are securely packaged and protected. SwearBy Skin accepts no liability for any items lost or damaged during their return. We recommend using a tracked delivery service that will be insured with your courier.

Processing refunds

Refunds are issued once the return order has been received and inspected. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 working days of receipt. Please note banks can take some time to process and post the refund too.

Unfortunately, for orders shipped outside the European Union, we’re unable to refund any taxes, duties, charges or delivery costs you may have paid when placing your order. You will be refunded the tax-free price of the products returned. Orders shipped to an address within the European Union will be refunded the price of the products returned minus shipping charges.

Faulty items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. Once we have confirmed the item is faulty, we can exchange it or process a full refund if requested. We will require you to return the item to us. We are unable to offer an exchange or refund for faulty goods returned after the 30 days from initial purchase.
